Mrs. Carrie Andrews, Farr 39, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Piedmont Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at St. Peter United Methodist Church, located at the intersection of Moon and Weems Roads with Rev. Larry Rollins officiating. There will be a reception and light meal following the service in the church fellowship hall.
Mrs. Farr was born November 30, 1978 in Columbus, GA. She was the daughter of Sandra (Sandy) Gould Andrews and Robert (Andy) Andrews. She attended Double Churches Elementary School, Richards Middle School and graduated from Jordan Vocational High School. She also attended Columbus State University.
Carrie was a very giving, loving and kind young woman. Her death has left a large gap in all our hearts. She loved people and was especially fond of her animals. She had always been an avid animal lover.
Survivors include her husband, Sean A. Farr (Columbus), her father Robert (Andy) Andrews, her mother, Sandra (Sandy) G. Andrews, her brother, Alan L. Andrews (Columbus) and niece, Alanna J. Andrews (Phenix City). Additional relatives include father-in-law Alan Farr, mother-in-law Barbara Farr and brother-in-law, Jeremy Farr (Phenix City). She also is survived by 6 aunts, 3 uncles and many cousins.
The family would like to request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Columbus Paws Humane and/or Animal Ark Rescue in memory of Carrie Farr.
