Carolyn Elaine Bramley, 65, of Columbus, GA died Saturday, March 17, 2012 at The Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Parkhill Cemetery with Pastor Joshua Ainsworth officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Bramley was born January 4, 1947 in Forsyth, GA daughter of the late Sidney Harper and Maggie Prichett Davis. She worked at Swift Mills as a Spinner for 25 years and later worked for the Muscogee County School District.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Sidney Harper.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Samuel T. Bramley, Sr. of Columbus, GA, two sons, Jeffery Scott Bramley and Samuel T. Bramley, Jr. both of Columbus, GA, sisters, Jackie Blackwell (James) of Box Springs, GA and Sandra Clark of Atlanta, GA, brother, Jessie Harper (Jennifer) of Tifton, GA, mother-in-law, Irma Bramley of Columbus, GA, five grandchildren, one great grandchild.
