Carol Ann Carroll, 77, of Buford, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Pastor Chase Welch officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery following the service.
Ms. Carol was born on December 31, 1942 in Columbus, GA to the late Lee and Pearl McLendon. She retired as the office manager at Sy Richards, Architect Inc. She loved watching movies and going to the theatre. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and was loved by all who knew her.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Ronald McLendon.
She is survived by her son, Darren Carroll (Kristie) of Buford, GA; sister, Pam Grimes of Kennesaw, GA; sister-in-law, Ann McLendon of Kennesaw, GA; grandchildren, Chase Carroll, Daniel Pendley, McKenzie Pendley, Ivy Pendley; niece, Ashlee Cunningham; nephews, Ron McLendon, Rusty McLendon; and her dog Lucy, A King Charles Spaniel, who was her most loyal and best friend.
