Bruce Albert Sewell, 71, of Columbus, GA died Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Piedmont Northside Hospital.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, masks will be required for anyone in attendance of the services held.
Bruce was born June 8, 1950 in Columbus, GA to the late George Robert Sewell, Sr. and Mary Alice Bruce Sewell. He loved to listen to music, he was a singer, song writer, he loved to preach and attend Kirkland Memorial Baptist Church. He enjoyed the activities provided by the Senior Center and he loved spending time with friends and his family.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Matthews Sewell of Columbus, GA, siblings, Brenda Sewell Elrod (Mike) of Senoia, GA, George Robert Sewell, Jr. Tommy Sewell of Columbus, GA, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
