Brian Stephen Baker 43, of Columbus, Georgia died Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at his residence.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday, November 17, 2019 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus.
Brian was born February 14, 1976 in Columbus, Georgia son of Jack E. Baker and Susan Heideman Davis. He worked as a waiter for Cheddars Restaurant and most recently worked at SEC Electrical. He graduated from Haley Turner Private School and loved watching Duke Basketball, the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons and the Georgia Bulldogs. He was an intelligent person, and enjoyed fixing anything with his hands. Brian loved his four legged companion "Brindle".
He is preceded by his maternal grandparents Phillip and Sylvia Heideman and paternal grandparents Donald E. and JoAnn Baker.
Survivors include his mother, Susan Davis (Ramon) of Columbus, Ga., his father, Jack Baker (Sabrina) of Phenix City, Al. half sisters, Shanna Nicole Kirkland and Casey Renee Baker, his favorite aunt, Diane Broom (David), nieces and nephews, Chandler Denton, Grayden Kirkland, Brooklyn Kirkland, Bryce Bierbaum, and Kylie Baker, and cousins Aaron and Stephen.
