Brenda Cash Franklin, 65, of Columbus, GA, died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Columbus Hospice House.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date according to McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Franklin was born August 26, 1949 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Sanford Tilton Cash and Idell Holland Cash. She retired as Personnel Manager after thirty years with Kmart. Mrs. Franklin was currently the Human Resource Manager for CFM.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Cash.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Herbert L. Franklin of Columbus, GA; daughter, Carrie Ann Pelfrey (Rusty) of Seale, AL; two sisters, Dale Sue Teat of Cummings, GA and Diane Sellers (Steve) of Columbus, GA; brother, Stanford Cash (Denise) of Harris County; one sister-in-law, Shirley Cash; three grandchildren, Anna Marie Pelfrey, Serra Nichole Pelfrey, Alan Pelrey and three great grandchildren, Levi James, Lexi Delane and Jenna Marie Pelfrey; a niece, Aretha Cash Richards.
