Bobby T. Horne, 70 of Phenix City, AL died Monday, October 28, 2013 at Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M., Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gene Forehand and Mr. Raymond Sanders officiating. The following will serve as pallbearers, Jay Daniel, Dennis Sanders, Sr., Dennis Sanders, Jr., Cal Bradley, Tim Sanders and Geech Broxson. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, 613 14th St. Phenix City, AL.
Mr. Horne was born January 27, 1943 in Russell County, Alabama son of the late Ocie Horne and Ruby Lee Jenkins Horne. He enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his family. He attended North Highland Assembly of God Church and especially enjoyed going to Sunday School.
Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, William Earl Horne and sisters, Ruth and Mae Horne.
Survivors include his sisters, Osie Lee Horne Sanders (Luther) and Dorothy Nell Hudmon both of Phenix City, AL and several nieces and nephews.
