Bobbie Jean Walker, 83, of Columbus, GA went to be with the Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at her home.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, December 28, 2012 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Don Wilhite officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Walker was born January 13, 1929 in Freestone County, TX daughter of the late Charlie H. and Polly Mae Bryson Payne. She was retired from Fieldcrest Mills in Columbus where she worked for 25 years. She was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church since the 1970â
