Bobbie Jean Bell, 85, of Columbus, GA died Monday, September 30, 2013 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held 4:00 PM Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Wayne Holloway officiating. A private interment will be held at Riverdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Bell was born January 17, 1928 in Bernie, Missouri, daughter of the late Frank Martin and Nancy Buelah Martin. Mrs. Bell was a long time Methodist, a loving Mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a data processing supervisor for the City of Columbus.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Pervy Bell, 2 sisters and 1 brother.
Survivors include daughter; Judith Bell Pittman (David) of Columbus, GA, sons; Ralph M. Bell (Gerelda) of Fortson, GA and Ronald G. Bell of Columbus, GA, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers those so desiring may make memorial contributions to Columbus Hospice House, 7020 Moon Road Columbus, GA 31909.
