Beulah Janis James, 96, of Columbus, GA died Monday, April 26, 2021 at Magnolia Manor.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Parkhill Cemetery with Rev. Gary Tankersley officiating according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 social distancing will be required at the graveside service.
Beulah was born May 14, 1924 in Mississippi to the late William L. Hillman and Celia Irena Brewer Hillman. She was a faithful member of Harvest Point Church. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert William James and son, Kenneth Morris James.
She is survived by her son Robert William James, Jr. (Junice) of Phoenix, MD, sisters, Kathryn Breakfield of Lincolnton, NC, Maxine Daughdrill of Mobile, AL, daughter-in-law, Debra James, grandchildren, Kimberly James of Atlanta, GA, Michael James (Christie) of Birmingham, AL, great-grandchildren, Marley James, Fischer James, Harper James, Eloise James, John Parson James, Sarah James and Ford James.
