Betty W. Holland, 99, of Waverly Hall, GA, died November 1, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Parkhill Cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Betty Holland was born June 4, 1924 in Atlanta, GA to the late William David Wheelis and Cynthia Claudia Sullivan Wheelis. Entrusted with being the homemaker, Betty also raised three sons. She was a special lady, loving and caring. She touched the hearts of all who knew her and will be missed dearly.
Betty is survived by her sons, James Holland (Nancy) of Sparta, TN, Carney Holland (Sheila) of McDonough, GA and Ricky Holland of Fortson, GA; grandchildren, Suzanne Eldridge (Dale) of Hendersonville, TN, Stephanie Renee Whitney (Josh) of St. Augustine, FL, Richard Timothy Holland of Fortson, GA and Melissa Holland of Columbus, GA; Eight Great-Grandchildren and One Great-Great-Grandchild.
