Betty Maxine (Alston) Foreman

Betty Maxine Foreman 88 of Columbus, Georgia died Friday, July 15, 2022 at her residence with her family by her side.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Mt. Olive United Methodist Church 8832 Columbus Hwy., Parrott, Georgia. Interment will be held in the Foreman Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, Georgia 31907.

Mrs. Foreman was born December 14, 1933 in Webster County, Georgia daughter of the late Max H. and Irene Vera Alston. She was a homemaker, member of Beallwood Baptist Church and a resident of Columbus, Georgia for the past 64 years.

Other than her parents, Mrs. Foreman was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Keith Foreman, son, Chris Foreman and her grandson Brian M. Tucker.

Survivors include her children Cathy Lynn Foreman and Rachel Tucker (Jerry); grandchildren, Sherry Jackson (Rusty), Anthony Bryans (Karen), Chris Tucker, Jonathan Whitten Bryans, Brian Foreman, Tim Foreman, Jennifer Thrower (David), Angela Tucker; great-grandchildren, Michael P. Jackson, Hannah Jackson, Caden Bryans, Ethan Bryans, Brightwell Bryans, Beckett Bryans, Aiden Foreman Lytle, Kaley Foreman, Harper Foreman and two great-great-grandchildren Cayson Jackson and Kingston Tucker Giordano. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
