Bernice Henry Parks, 64, of Columbus, GA flew with the angels she adored into the loving arms of her Father on August 31, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital from congestive heart failure.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, September 3, 2010 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Ms. Parks was born June 15, 1946 in Ludlow, MA daughter of the late Leonard and Doris Henry. She was a homemaker and she devoted her life to her children, putting others first before herself and of course Little League Baseball. She blessed so many children over the years as the President of Sally Little League, coach of the Metâ
