Barbara C. Pollock, 89, of Columbus, GA died on Thursday, January 28, 2021.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, February 5, 2021 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Father Dan O’Connell officiating. The family with receive friends after the services at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. A private interment will be held at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 facemask and social distancing will be required during the services and visitation.
Barbara Pollock was born May 20, 1931 in Pittsburg, PA to the late Stephen Koller and Catherine Ernestine Koller. She loved cooking and reading as well as playing games on her computer. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Walter “Skip” Pollock, II and granddaughter, Sandy Komandantod.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan Martin (Rick) of Hastings, IA, Sandra Pollock Larken, Walter “Chip” Pollock, III and many other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
