Audrey Jeanette Ruiz, 74, of Columbus died Friday, March 6, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery with Rev, Jerry Speer officiating. Visitation will be held 5-7 PM Monday at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA 31907.
Jeanette was born April 3, 1945 in Langdale, Alabama daughter of the late Ernest Bernard Hendrix and Glennie Smith Hendrix. She retired from Sears after 27 years of service and was a member at Northside Baptist Church where she volunteered in many ways, and loved all her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Cruz Ruiz of Columbus, Ga., sons, Tracy Ruiz of Columbus, Ga., Tony Ruiz of Palm Springs, CA., sister, Brenda Ellen Daniel Valley Al. and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Northside Baptist Church, 959 54th Street Columbus, Ga., 31904.
