Arline Smith, 59, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Columbus Hospice House in Columbus, GA.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Ms. Smith was born June 30, 1950 in Cuyahoga, OH daughter of the late Fred and Ruth Brown. She was a licensed practical nurse, previously working in New Orleans, LA at Genesis Specialty Kindered Hospital and at Turo Hospital.
She is survived by her brother, Gerry Brown of North Carolina, two sons, Michael Smith (Julie) of Columbus, GA and Robert Smith (Jennifer) of Columbus, OH, two daughters, Christi Truck (Erich) of Columbus, OH and Patricia Graham (Tim) of University City, WA, nine grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Columbus Hospice House 7020 Moon Rd. Columbus, GA 31909.
