Annie Ruth Perkins, 77, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Piedmont Midtown.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 3, 2021 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Lewis Brown officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. A private interment will be held at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.
Annie was born June 27, 1943 in Moultrie, GA to the late Henry Crawford Trickey and Etoy Timmons Trickey. She was as a retired Real Estate agent for different agencies in the Columbus area. She was a very talented woman who loved arts, crafts and painting. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Jack E. Perkins, Sr.
She is survived by her sons, James Eric Perkins of Valley, AL, Jack E. Perkins, Jr. of Columbus, GA, sister, Dorothy Miller of Chiefland, FL, 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other family members.
