Annette B. Owens, 80, of Columbus, GA died Friday, August 12, 2016 at Gentiva Hospice.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Jerry Speer officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the services at the funeral home.
Mrs. Owens was born January 19, 1936 in Griffin, GA, daughter of the late Alvin Mills Bryans and Bertha Rainey Bryans. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed music and singing. Mrs. Owens had a servant heart, a good sense of humor and loved her family, children and grandchildren. She was an Administrative Secretary for A. S. Hansen Company and was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ray Owens and her first husband, Ronald William Dilleshaw.
Survivors include her children, Rhonda Hattaway (Terry) of Columbus, GA, Sharon Dilleshaw of Pine Mountain, GA, and Kelli Iversen (John) of Smiths Station, AL, Deborah Lynn Owens of St. Louis, MO, Kenneth Eric Owens (Connie) of Smiths Station, AL and Jason Keith Owens (Camille) of Dothan, AL; sister, Diane Bryans Montgomery (Bid) of Montgomery, AL; 12 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
