Anne Knowles Dearing

Anne Knowles Dearing, 73, of Columbus died Thursday, February 06, 2014 at her residence.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Riverdale Cemetery with Rev. Russell Horne officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus.
Mrs. Dearing was born February 18, 1940 in Columbus, Ga. daughter of the late Martha Nell and Arnold G. Knowles, Sr. She lived in Columbus all of her life and was a member of Living Grace Untied Methodist Church formally Edgewood United Methodist Church. She retired as Payroll Supervisor from Royal Crown Cola Co. starting her career under her mother as a billing clerk.
Survivors include two brothers, Arnold G. Knowles, Jr. and William F. Knowles (Claire). She is also survived by three nephews Scott, Mark, and Victor Knowles, two nieces, Debra Parker and Sheila Earwood.

The family would like to thank Dr. Morton Berenson, MD and his staff for the constant love and care over the past 40 years. We would also like to thank his home health care nurses Barbara, Regina and Stephanie for the loving care of our sister during her long term illness.
