Anna McIntosh Rovig, 72, of Columbus, GA died Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Gentiva Hospice.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, August 4, 2013 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mike Reeves officiating. Interment will follow at 5:00 PM at Westview Cemetery in Moultrie, GA, according to McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA.
Mrs. Rovig was born November 16, 1940 in Moultrie, GA daughter of the late Tillman Mahoney McIntosh and Hazel McLeod McIntosh. She retired after 30 years at Tom's Foods and later worked at Hardaway High School as a Clerical Assistant. She was also a member of Second Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Allan Rovig (Sheila) of Midland, GA, Tim Rovig (Tracie) of Cataula, GA and Todd Rovig (Cindy) of Columbus, GA, sister, Carol Jean McIntosh of Tallahassee, FL, brother, Mayor Bill McIntosh (Katrina) of Moultrie, GA, 7 grandchildren, Josh Rovig (Jodee), Kyle Rovig, Lindsey Woodall (Nick), Zachary, Jacob, Luke, and Olivia Rovig, nephew, Will McIntosh, nieces, Cathryn Houchins (Palmer) and Jeanine Wagner, and 1 great grandchild, Railee Rovig.
