Andrew Joseph Stone
March 30, 1990 — July 25, 2018
Andrew Joseph Stone, 28, of Leeds, AL went to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Piedmont Regional Medical Center in Columbus, GA following a tragic car accident. Andrew was born March 30, 1990 and was the son of Dwayne Stone and Scarlett (Light) Stone of Villa Rica, GA. He was an E-4 Specialist in the U.S. Army Signal Battalion and served three tours of duty.
Andrew lived his life with zest. He loved hanging with friends and family and cherished those relationships. He adored his pets and treated them like his children. He was passionate about cars, guns, music, and gadgets. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Andrew is survived by his parents, his sister and best friend Adrienne (Stone) Rudd, his loving wife Bailee (Grego) Stone, step-daughter Elyza Grego, his unborn child, paternal grandmother Lucille Stone, maternal grandmother Jolynn Light, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Harry Stone and maternal grandfather C. David Light, Sr.
A memorial service is scheduled for August 12th, 2018 4:00pm CST at Ridout's Trussville Chapel, 1500 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235. Visitation will be 1:00pm to 4:00pm CST the same day and location.
