Mr. Fuller was born January 22, 1923 in Crawford, Al. son of the late John Green and Effie Lee Smith Fuller. He was a retired Sergeant First Class in the U.S. Army and later retired after 20 years as a clerk with the United States Postal Service. He was a Minister and Elder in the River Road Congregation of Jehovahâ
