With deep sadness and heavy hearts, we announce that our precious daughter, Amelia Ann Ramsey went home to be with Jesus on February 11, 2025. Though her time on Earth was brief, she filled every moment with love, warmth, and joy.
Affectionately known as Millie, she was a radiant light in the lives of all who knew her. She adored the sunshine, and just like the sun, she brought warmth and joy wherever she went. Her smiles, bright eyes, and gentle spirit were a blessing beyond words.
Millie was the cherished daughter of Austin and Ashley Ramsey, who loved her beyond measure. She was adored by her proud big brother, Ford, and loving big sister, Evelyn, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. Though we grieve her loss, we find peace in knowing she is now held in the arms of Jesus, surrounded by His eternal light and love. It is because of Jesus’ love for us that we can find hope in the midst of darkness.
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
- 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
A service to celebrate Millie’s beautiful life will be held at CrossPointe Church on February 14, at 11:00 A.M. Flower donations can be sent to CrossPointe Church, (2301 Airport Thruway Suite B, Columbus, GA 31904).
“As we go forth, our God and Father
Lead us daily in the fight
That all the world might see Your glory
And Your Name be lifted high
And in this Name we overcome
For You shall see us safely home”
