Mrs. Hovatter was born November 16, 1948 in Etowah County, AL, daughter of the late Luther Almon and Margaret Faith Echols. She was a LPN for over 20 years and was a Baptist by faith.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Hovatter.
Survivors include her son, James Denson of Columbus, GA; daughter, Shandra Bush of Redford, VA; brothers, Luther Echols and Stephen Echols both of Columbus, GA and James Lowman of Sacramento, CA; grandson, Oryan Denson of Ladonia, AL; granddaughter, Geneveve Denson of Ladonia, AL; niece, Brooke Lowman of Sacramento, CA; nephews, Justin Echols and Brandon Echols both of Columbus, GA.
