Madison B. Whitley, 30, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at her residence.
A visitation will be held Saturday, January 8, 2021 from 2:00-4:00pm for family and friends. McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory will be entrusted with the arrangements.
Madison was born May 15, 1991 in Phenix City, AL to Jim and Shelley Whitley. She earned her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State University and taught at Eagle Ridge Academy as a Special Education PRE-K teacher. She loved teaching, loved her students and the faculty at the school. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved going to the beach. She was married to her husband Jeremy McClure for nearly two years.
She is survived by her parents, Jim and Shelley Whitley, sister, Morgan Whitley, brother, Matthew Whitley, grandmother, Joyce Burke, aunts; Regina Moore (Rusty), Melinda Bartley, (Duane), uncles, Rodney Burke; Paul Cline, numerous cousins and other family members.
